Sharae's Butter Mochi

1 box mochiko

1 tsp vanilla

3 cups sugar

5 eggs

2 cups milk

1 can coconut milk (12 ozs.)

3 tsp baking powder

1 block butter (melted)

 

Mix everything together, bake at 350 degrees, after 1 hour, turn oven off and leave in oven for another hour for a crusty top.
