Recipes from the Heart, great for the Tummy!


Mochiko Andagi

Combine in a large bowl:

3 cups flour

2 cups mochiko

2 cups sugar

4 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

 

Beat together and mix into flour mixture:

1 cup milk

1 cup water

2 tsp oil

1 tsp vanilla

4 eggs

 

DO NOT OVER MIX!!!!

 

Deep fry in Wesson vegetable oil by spoonfuls in medium-hi heated oil.  Drain on paper towels.
