Miniature Chocolate Cream Cheese Cake

Crust:

1 pkg. Oreo cookies

Filling:

2 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese

3/4 cup sugar

1 tsp. Vanilla

2 eggs

Combine ingredients.  Beat with electric mixer until blended.

Topping:

2 boxes instant chocolate pudding (follow box directions)
Cool Whip (optional)

Place 1 cookie in each cupcake liner in muffin tin.  Fill with 1 tablespoon of filling mixture.  Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.  Cool.  Top with chocolate pudding.  Top with Cool Whip.  Refrigerate.
