Chocolate Bourbon Frosting

6 oz semisweet chocolate pieces

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup bourbon                

4 egg yolks

1 tsp. instant coffee

½ cup butter

In double boiler:

Heat chocolate, bourbon, coffee and sugar until smooth.  Beat in yolks one at a time.  Cook over boiling water for 3 minutes.  

Cool to luke warm and beat in butter bit by bit.
