Soba Spinach Salad

1 pkg. Soba Noodles (8.95 oz.), cooked as directed on package.

1/2 lb. Ocean Salad

1/2 Sweet Onion, thinkly sliced

1/2 lb. Imitation Crab, shredded

1 pkg. Spinach (6oz.)

1 tomato, thinly sliced

Layer in above order.



1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp. black pepper

2 tsp. salt

1/3 cup Rice Vinegar or Apple Cider (little tart)

1/2 cup or less Vegetable Oil

1 Tbsp. Sesame Seed Oil

2 to 3 tsp. Lemon Juice

Mix well until sugar dissolved.
