Recipes from the Heart, great for the Tummy!

8 slices of bread, butter one side
1 pint half and half
1 tsp of coleman mustard, if you like the taste of dijon
Salt and pepper to taste
Any breakfast meats that you prefer such as pork sausage, ham, spam or portugese sausage
Onion - optional (diced)
Fresh or box of frozen Spinach (squeeze out any liquid) - optional
*If you use onions, pork sausages or portugese sausages, stir fry first to get the oil out and drain it.
1 pkg. of your preferred shredded cheese (or you can shred your own)
Mix eggs, half and half, mustard and salt and pepper in a bowl.
Use a 9x13 inch pan, spray with pam.
Cut bread into fourths and place in pan. Add meats, onions, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes onto bread. Spread cheese on top. Pour egg mixture on top, cover with foil or pan cover. Leave overnight in refrigerator.
Bake in the morning at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool and slice.
