Easy Drop Biscuits

4 cups flour

1/2 cup sugar

2 Tbsp Baking Powder

2 cups hot, tap water (add more if batter is still dry)

1-1/2 blocks of Darigold butter


In a big mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.  Cut butter into little squares and add into the dry mixture.  Make a well in the middle of mixture and pour 1 cup of hot water into it, and fold mixture into the water, then add the other cup of hot water and fold mixture.  DO NOT MIX BATTER.  Batter will be lumpy.

Drop biscuits onto greased cookie sheet by the tablespoon, or however size you want it.  Then bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.  Eat and enjoy with hot cocoa!
