Chocolate Pretzels

2 pkgs. Snyders of Hanover Butter Snaps Pretzels (9oz.)

2 pkgs. Giardelli White Chocolate Chips (11oz.)

6 cups Rice Krispies

Sprinkles

Food Coloring (powder form)

Mix the pretzels, rice krispies and sprinkles together in a large bowl.

Melt chocolate and food coloring in microwave safe bowl.  Put chocolate in microwave oven for 30 seconds on High.  Mix, then put back into microwave oven in 15 second intervals until chocolate is creamy.  If it gets to cookie dough  consistency, you cooked it too long... gotta start over.  Or... you can add vegetable oil a little at a time, until chocolate is creamy.

Pour melted chocolate over pretzel mixture.  Mix until chocolate is thoroughly mixed with pretzels / rice krispies / sprinkles.

Put by spoonfuls into cup cake liners.  Makes about 80 "pieces" (more or less, depends on how much you put in each liner).

Store in air tight container.

You can substitute the Rice Krispies for other cereal you have on hand.
