BBQ Chicken

1/2 cup sugar

6 Tbsp Shoyu

1 to 2 Garlic, minced

Powdered Chili Pepper (Tongarashi)

Green Onion, finely chopped

 

(If using Pork, add Koo Choo Jung to taste)

 

You can either fry and use recipe as a "dipping" sauce, or soak chicken in sauce and then fry.
