Oyster Sauce Chicken

1 cup flour

1 cup cornstarch

Mix above with chicken in a bag and put in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

 

Sauce:

1 cup water

1 cup oyster sauce

1 cup sugar

Mix in a sauce pan, heat until sugar dissolves.  Keep sauce on low heat.

 

Fry chicken and then dip in sauce.


**Note** I usually use 6-7 boneless, skinless chicken breasts that is cut in bite size pieces.  You can use any chicken piece, but just make sure you have enough flour mixture to cover all pieces.  You can always double or triple the flour and sauce mix when you're making more.
