Energy Bars

2 cups Minute Oats

2-1/2 cups Rice Krispies

1-1/2 cup raisins, cranberry, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, etc. (apricots, later)

2/3 cup unsalted peanuts

Micro about 45 seconds.

 

In pot:

1/2 cup butter (or margarine)

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 - 10oz. bag marshmallows

When melted, mix 2 mixtures (and apricots), together.  Press into parchment paper.  Cool.  Cut and wrap with wax paper.
