Bakes Spaghetti Francisco

3 lbs. ground beef
2 tsp Oregano
2 tsp Basil
1/2 Clove Garlic
Pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste
1 Bay Leaf
1 - 6 oz. can Diced Tomato
1 - 20 oz. can Tomato Soup
1 - 20 oz. can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Sliced Mushrooms
1/4 cup Onion, minced
1/4 cup Celery, minced
12 oz Frozen Corn
1 cup Beef Broth
1 lb. Spaghetti
1 oz. Parmesan Cheese
Topping: grated Mozzarella, Cheddar Cheese as desired
Saute hamburger and garlic. Add remaining ingredients except Spaghetti and cheeses. Stir well. Simmer for 45 minutes. Add cooked spaghetti and Parmesan cheese. Stir well. Place into baking pan, top with grated Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
*Note: Recipe makes a lot so use a 9x13 and a smaller casserole dish.
